At the outset, I will ask you to get absolutely clear about what you want to achieve. What I am asking you to do is to identify the exact level of success you want and where exactly you want this success in your life. Building an indestructible attitude of self-belief is the goal. Your opinion of yourself must be made solid and built on firm foundations, because without it you will tend to down scale your ambition and settle for second best if the going gets tough! We must access and eliminate ALL self doubt, worry, fear or any other emotion that is holding you up. This relatively straight forward process is accomplished on sessions 1 and 2. Enlightening realisations that transform your performance will be experienced at the end of session 1. Your mind only has a certain amount of space so filling it with the wrong thoughts is wasting that precious space. To succeed, it must be full to the brim with positive expectations of absolute certainty about your ability and your future. Once all self doubt has been eliminated, a consistent, positive mental attitude is installed and techniques for exceptional control of your mind are taught. You will learn how to programme your mind with the best possible techniques at your disposal. You will rapidly understand how your mind works and how you can get the absolute best from it, how it controls your body, and how you can constantly reach and maintain peak performance. You will overcome any nerves to conserve vital energy to consistently produce your best. Mental rehearsal is perfected so that you sleep well, feel rested and are in complete control before any event. You will also be advised about natural super foods and a simple way of using them to increase physical power and concentration. These sessions are very powerful and a committed attitude is essential.
